3rd Party Payments Policy: Payments that you make to other PartybandsUSA.com users are independent arrangements between you and another user. PartybandsUSA.com has no involvement in these payments, and will not become involved in disputes resulting from user to user payments. If a disagreement over a user-to-user payment occurs, you must resolve it with the other user.
